Mikrokosmos_MY is established in 2021, taking group orders of official goods from Korea, Japan and USA.

Once order is placed and payment is made, it is assumed that buyer has read and agreed to all the stated T&Cs.

GENERAL

1. Please read through the tweet / listing description before enquiring
2. Backout / joy / fussy buyers will be blocked
3. Currently only ship within Malaysia
4. PO = pre-order ; ready stock = on hand. Status of goods will be clearly stated in tweet / listing
5. Updates will be updated in masterlist and tweeted through tweets under the same thread, quote rts or #mikrokosmos_update

ORDER & PAYMENT

1. Order usually does not require 2nd payment unless stated otherwise, which means payment made is final and no extra payment will be collected from buyer even if goods are overweight
2. Please only place order if you are 100% confirm and has the ability to make payment. Order to be made through pm (Twitter & Carousell) or listing (Shopee)
3. Mode of payment: bank transfer (Instant Transfer) / ShopeePay / Big Pay / TNG
4. Payment to be made within the same day of deal. No reservation or deposit allowed unless agreed upon
5. Strictly no cancellation once order is placed and payment / deposit is made. No refund will be made unless item is out of stock
6. Purchase proof will be shared via

  • Twitter - #mikrokosmos_proof or pm

  • Shopee - listing picture or pm

  • Carousell - listing picture or pm

international shipping

1. Do take note that international air shipping fee is approx RM30 (KR > MY) for 1kg or RM35 (USA/JP > MY) for 1lb)
2. Parcel weight is calculated by actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher
3. Outbox / cover is designed to protect the product. It is common for goods to come with slight scratches, dents and discolouration on the outbox / cover especially when the item is heavy and it gets knocked around during delivery.
Please do not place order if you are sensitive to imperfect item
4. Goods will be sent to KR warehouse and forwarded back to MY once its consolidated with other goods of same batch.

GOODS ARRIVAL

1. Pre-order goods, which means item is not ready stock on hand, usually take 2-4 weeks (from the day goods are successfully delivered to KR warehouse) to reach MY. Any delay is beyond my control.
2. Goods might sometimes come with damage / defect caused by various reasons such as factory defect, impractical design, item being bulky and heavy, improper handling by courier etc
3. Noticeable defect will be declared to buyers
4. Proof of goods arrival will be tweeted via #mikrokosmos_arrival
5. Buyers will be notified of the pre-order benefit (pob) pull / internal trading result once sorting is done, if applicable

LOCAL POSTAGE & DELIVERY

1. Local postage fee: RM8 (flat rate under 3kg) for WM while EM depends on postcode and weight of parcel
2. Courier for Twitter / Carousell buyers: Flash Express; Shopee buyers: J&T / Shopee Express (auto-allocated by Shopee).
3. Goods will usually be packed and posted in bulk within a week after it's delivered to me unless stated otherwise
4. Tracking number and picture of parcel will be sent to each buyer through PM
5. Goods will be under my responsibility until I have posted them out and I guaranteed that I have packed them securely
6. Please sanitise your parcel upon receiving it #staysafe

refund (full / partial) / replacement

Refund will not be given under the below circumstances:

  • outbox / cover that came with scratches, dents and discolouration

  • goods (including pc) that is sent to me in damaged / defect condition

  • delayed delivery / damaged goods / goods lost caused by international and local courier

  • cancellation after placing order and making payment

  • goods stucked at Kastam

* Please note that above list is not exhaustive and is provided solely for guidance. More could be added into the list in futureUnedited, clear, one-take unboxing video from the start (airwaybill / shipping info) till end of unboxing with damage clearly shown, is required for any claim for refund


Replacement
1) is NOT possible if seller require goods to be returned (ship from MY) to KR / JP / USA first before sending the goods ;
2) is possible if seller send the goods to warehouse without require any return of goods
